The 3rd party insurance company we use are one of the biggest & longest established 3rd party insurance campanies in the UK they underwrite our guarantee's in the unlikely event that we go out of business your property is still covered by the guarantee, they are both DTI & FSA regulated the guarantee is fully transferable to the new owners if you sell your property, the guarantee is on the property not the individual. its simply the best remedial industry guarantee scheme on the market today, period.

The services we specialise in are damp proofing & tanking but we are also plastering contractors, specialising in polished plasterers, we will carry out normal skimming work to the highest standards to polished venetian plastering to a beautiful glass like finish that looks just like marble or stone etc, see venenetian plastering above for more details.

We offer both types of tanking cementisious & cavity drainage membrane systems, for cementisious tanking we use either Vandex bb75 or Triton TT55, we have used both & found them both top product's with the Triton TT55 being slighty cheaper but just as good, we can repair damaged tanking or install a complete basement tanking system including a pump & drainage system.

Unfortunately due to the rising cost of operating in West & Central London we are now forced to charge a small fee to carry out damp surveys in these area's. We can provide a verbal quotation free of charge but if you need the quote in writing we will have to charge £60 inc vat to cover the cost of the admin etc - The £60 will be discounted off the price if you use any of our services we offer which include, Damp proofing, Timber treatments, Tanking, Basement tanking.
